Modifications and variations of the original Pilates protocols are
tailored to your fitness level challenging proper muscle recruitment while offering a rewarding and mentally satisfying experience.
Whether
your are honing your athletic performance skills, concentrating on recuperation and rehabilitation, or simply discovering
the true advantages of safe and effective mind/body exercise, personalized instruction offers you the full benefits of Pilates.
Sessions
include individualized workouts on new, state-of-the-art specially designed Pilates equipment, The Reformer, Trapeze Table/Cadillac,
and Wunda Chair, in addition to mat work incorporating the use of small apparatus, and standing Pilates to challenge balance
and teach functional fitness for daily life. Complementary movement modalities are introduced to fully realize each client's
potential.
Solo (private instruction), duet (two clients), and trio (three clients) sessions are offered.
